Hi Everyone,
As I have been reading through the messages I hear most people asking for some kind of assistance. It seems most people could use a place to live and work, ok, I have something I want you to check out:
www.BLM.GOV = [Bureau of Land Management]
- Check with them for your states contact phone number and address
Here is the breakdown: All US Citizens can rent parcels of land from the 12 Western States - up to 20 acres of good land for $170.00 a year. [One Hundred and Seventy Dollars - that's 2008 rental fees].
There is no "trick" to this, just a straight deal - however, your part is to:
a) Pay them the rental fees per year [$170.00 a year - check with that states BLM Office]. Go ahead and get some land for yourself, grow a victory garden and live.
b) You need to be active in finding some amount of valuable mineral or gemstones on this land [the minerals and gemstones are yours - that's part of the deal]. Inquire what this means for you.
Today's date is: July 12, 2008 and good land is still available - check their website for more information and for maps.
What kind of land is it? It's all good land, some like it one way, some another:
- Crop Land
- Desert Land
- National Forest Land
- Land with water [springs, streams and etc]
- Mineral Rights are YOURS [that's the deal]
- Most of these lands are "bare land" [no structures], however, the Miners [you and your employees = family] can live on the land, put up buildings, if that is required for "mining purposes" [always check County Reg's before building, etc].
So, why don't more people know about this land deal? Some do, however, the BLM Office does not advertise this information. Still, this information has been around since 1872 when the Federal Mining Laws were established in the US. After Mining the US went into Farming, Industrial, Electronics, etc. However, the old Mining Laws still apply and are still in effect. The purpose of the BLM Office is to maintain these lands for citizens like you and I to benefit from them.
Well, there it is. That's the website and that's the "DEAL" - I hope you take it seriously and get some of this land for yourself. As long as they offer the Land, you should get some of it. You loose nothing - unless you don't take advantage of the opportunity they offer.
As always: Pay It Forward
